Insurance
Please call the office. We accept all insurance plans and workers’ compensation, and give senior rate discounts.
Appointments
You do not need a referral from another physician. Same-day appointments are available. Bring films, MRI reports and any relevant medical records, if possible, to the appointment.
Emergencies
In case of emergencies, go to your local hospital’s emergency department.
